Let’s spell it out for everyone reading: you’re not invincible. So it’s important to stop what you’re doing every once in a while and disengage from the constant studying you might be doing and go to bed, take a walk, or relax.\u00a0 This is a problem that can happen quite quickly if you don’t follow the study tip below.<\/p>\n
