We’ve all been there. That feeling when you “just can’t anymore”. All you want to do is cry your eyes out, but you have no where to go. Well look no further my fellow in pain students, because I am here to help. Whether your a first year raven or just a over caffeinated, here are 10 places to cry when you just can’t anymore at Carleton University.<\/p>\n

1. Your Res Room<\/h2>\n

It’s been 2 hours since your parents dropped you off and you’re already over it. What better way to start off your university career than to have a good old cry before your roommate moves in.<\/p>\n

2. Richcraft Hall<\/h2>\n

Whether you’re mourning the loss of River Building (gone, but never forgotten), or just need a good cry, do it with a view of the beautiful rushing river.<\/p>\n

3. Tunnels<\/h2>\n

If you’re looking for somewhere to hide where no one will hear you cry (sounds sketchy) go towards athletics, but take a right instead of a left… don’t ask me how I know that.<\/p>\n

4. Profs office<\/h2>\n

When you really just can’t anymore after looking at your midterm marks, take a walk over to your profs office. Have a nice cry there and see where it gets you.<\/p>\n

5. Library<\/h2>\n

I’m sure you won’t be the only one during exams crying because you honestly just can’t. If you need to take a power cry nap at the same time, try between the shelves on the quiet floors.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0Outside of the Field House or Alumni Hall<\/h2>\n

Before you step into the field house or the gym for a 9am exam, take a few moments to shed some tears with your fellow classmates before stepping into the depths of hell.<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0Gym<\/h2>\n

After two weeks of your New Years resolution to get fit you feel like this is the end. Cry a few tears here, because honestly it’ll just look like your working up a good old sweat.<\/p>\n

8. OC Transpo Station<\/h2>\n

You’ve been waiting outside of UC in the cold for 25 minutes, because your bus is late. If that’s not reason enough to cry (although you should be used to it by now), well now’s your chance to let it all out.<\/p>\n

9. Thirsty Thursday<\/h2>\n

$4 pilsners seem like a good idea, until you’re crying in the bathroom of Ollies. Hopefully you’re surrounded by friends. If not, the drunk strangers you’ll meet will tell you you’re beautiful and buy you a shot.<\/p>\n

10. Convocation<\/h2>\n

Convocation is such a beautiful time to celebrate the success of graduating the hardest years of your life. Unless you’re watching all your friends graduate, then go ahead and cry while dreading your fifth year.<\/p>\n
