21st Birthday Ideas For You To Try

A 21st birthday is a big deal! You only turn 21 once, so you’ll want to make it a birthday that you’ll always remember! You’re finally able to legally do all the fun things like going to the bar and having a drink. Basically, you feel like a real adult! When it comes to ideas on how to celebrate your 21st, the possibilities are endless. If your milestone birthday is coming up and you still don’t know what to do, check out some of these fun ideas.

1. Have a hotel party

Now that you’re old enough to check into a hotel on your own, you can have a rockin’ hotel party for your 21st birthday. Invite a few of your closest friends, bring some drinks (or use the minibar if the hotel has one), and let loose. The best part about having a hotel party for your birthday is that there’s no need to worry about anyone driving home drunk since you’ll all have a room at the hotel.

2. Play Beeropoly

Drinking games are a lot more fun on your 21st birthday, so make sure to check out the Beeropoly Beer Game. It’s the perfect game for any drinker, and everyone will be sure to have a great time. Some of the board game spaces include Dance Moves, Never Have I Ever, Community Cup, and much more. Get ready for an unforgettable adult game night when you play Beeropoly!

3. Go to the club

It’s common for many people to go to a 21 and over nightclub for their 21st birthday. If that’s your scene, then go for it! When you just turn 21, there’s something exhilarating about showing the security guard your ID before you enter a club. You might even get some special treatment because it’s your birthday. You and your crew deserve to have a great time at the club while celebrating your birthday. You could even go club-hopping if you want to visit as many nightclubs as you can in your area.

4. Go on a booze cruise

If you’ve ever wanted to have a party on the water, you have to go on a booze cruise for your 21st birthday. There’s nothing quite like staring at the beautiful blue sea with a drink in your hand. There are larger cruise ships where you can invite everyone you know, and there are smaller ones if you want a more intimate gathering. No matter which one you decide to choose, a nice booze cruise lets you momentarily drift away from real life and enjoy a drink on the water. You wouldn’t want to spend your birthday any other way!

5. Go to a bartending class

A fun idea that you can try for your 21st birthday is taking a bartending class in your area. It will be interesting to learn the art of mixology and how to make some of your favorite cocktails. It’ll be an informative experience, and you might end up loving it. You could even whip up a few drinks at home or at a friend’s house if you wanted to. It’ll end up saving you quite a bit of money in the long run since you’ll know how to make your own drinks. It’s also useful if you’ve ever been interested in becoming a bartender.

6. Have a 21st birthday photoshoot

You’ll want to remember your 21st birthday for years to come, so why not celebrate by having a fun photoshoot? There are so many different props and backdrops you could use to make your photos more entertaining. It’s a perfect idea for those who like to dress up and enjoy getting their picture taken. Besides, you’ll have fabulous photos to share on social media of you on your big day.

7. Go to a wine tasting

Maybe big, wild gatherings or parties aren’t your thing. If you still want to go out and enjoy your 21st birthday, you could try going to a wine tasting. It can be an exciting experience for wine lovers. Getting to try many different wines can help you decide which kinds you like and which kinds you don’t. It can be helpful because you get to try something without worrying about wasting an entire bottle if you don’t like it. Wine tastings can be a lot of fun, and there is plenty that you can learn by attending one.

8. Have a birthday brunch

If you’re more low-key, you can always go to a birthday brunch for your 21st birthday. You’ll get to spend time with your loved ones, and you get free food. There’s no beating that! Most restaurants also give you a free dessert for your birthday, so that’s even better. Now that you’re 21, you can finally order a mimosa or some champagne. So fancy! There’s nothing better than spending your birthday with your close friends and family having brunch.

9. Go to a casino

Another fun idea to celebrate your 21st is to hit up the casino. You’re finally old enough to gamble, so take advantage of it on your birthday. The goal isn’t to completely go broke, but to have some fun since you can legally use the slot machine now. Or maybe you could play some blackjack if you’ve always wanted to. You might even get lucky and leave with double the money you came with. If you’re feeling really fancy, you could even take a trip to Las Vegas and visit their casinos.

10. Go to a paint and sip class

Showing your creative side is always fun, but it’s even more exciting when you have a drink in your hand. If you’re looking for a great way to celebrate your 21st birthday, try looking for a paint and sip class in your area. The best part about these classes is that you don’t have to be an artist to join. Actually, that might be the second-best part. The best part is definitely the drinks! It’ll be a truly unforgettable experience, and you’ll have a physical reminder of an awesome birthday every time you look at the painting you created.

No matter how you choose to celebrate, your 21st birthday should be filled with lots of fun memories. These are just a few ideas to help you out if you haven’t decided on what to do yet. Are there any other ways that you plan on spending your 21st birthday? Let us know in the comments!
