Best Exercises To Lose Your Belly Fat

Belly fat is one of the toughest things to lose. Our belly fat is one of the most important things to lose because it is the first thing that a person gains. The best exercises are those that give you the best results though not the quickest.

Especially for the summer, the best exercises are those that can be done at home though not many people know about it. For this summer the first thing that shows is a person’s belly fat. For those summer clothes that are most often worn like crop tops, shorts and dresses.

For people that want to lose belly fat, here are these exercises to help with the weight loss process.

1. Crunches

These exercises are perfect for people that want to do exercises that are practical and effective. With the push ups you will be able to lift up your body and exercise your body. Though crunches are very practical and easy to do they are one of the most challenging. The amount of effort and body muscle that it takes for someone to complete a crunch is quite a lot.

Crunches are one of the easiest ways to lose belly fat. In order to complete one crunch, you have to lay down on the floor facing up. Once you are flat on the ground you put up your hands on the back of your head. You then proceed to raise your body up. After you raise your body up you make sure your upper body is perpendicular to the ground.

Ideally, you would need to complete about 50 crunches each time you work out. I would suggest completing your crunches for 10-15 minutes. Hoping that you work out twice a week.

2. Bicycle Exercises

Bicycle exercises are the best way to really start working your muscles. Take a bit more work because you have to incorporate your legs. Though you are using your legs you will be burning your belly fat. Bicycle exercises are complete by laying flat on your back and then raising one of your legs to meet with the opposite elbow. In other words, your right knee will touch your left elbow. You then switch to do the same with the opposite leg and repeat these movements.

To get a decent workout from these exercises 10 – 15 minutes would be great. The repetition of these bicycle exercises will condition your body.

3. Vertical Leg Crunch

These vertical leg crunches are extremely great for working out your core. Vertical leg crunches are very practical to do. You simply lay flat on the floor while you look up at the ceiling. You then keep your legs together so that there is no distance between them. Then you proceed to lift up your legs together until they are perpendicular to the floor.

4. Jogging

Not a lot of people know this but jogging can actually help reduce belly fat. Jogging is a more practical option. To get into the habit of jogging it would be recommended that you jog for 20-30 minutes. A great tip for jogging would be to walk for a bit and then pick up the speed.

Say goodbye to belly fat with these exercises. These exercises are a guaranteed way to getting into shape again.
