Self love is extraordinarily important; without it relationships are challenging, daily life is a constant battle and you’re oblivious to your own beauty. Here’s why self love is so important.<\/p>\n

To my past, present and future self: I love you.<\/h3>\n

Self Love<\/h2>\n

Self love is\u00a0NOT\u00a0<\/em>being conceited and it is NOT\u00a0<\/em>lame, self-love should be celebrated and encouraged.\u00a0Self-love encourages a more positive way of living. Once you learn to love yourself there is a sense of freedom. You don’t care what others think\u00a0about you as much, you stop comparing yourself to others as often, you take care of yourself more and positivity surges through your daily life.<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, you have you. People come and go, but you are constant, you will always have yourself, therefore, it is so important that you embrace everything you are and love yourself fully.<\/p>\n

When you love yourself, everything else just falls right in to place. You’re able to focus all of your energy on things you are interested in, find important or enjoy. There is a sense of enlightenment and it is easier to be positive about things in your every day life. The people that you surround yourself with will also be good for you and provide a positive influence in your life. You deserve the best, you deserve to be happy and to do the things that make you happy and to have people in your life that make you smile and impact you in a positive and good way.<\/p>\n

Self-love is a hard thing to achieve, and I try every day to love myself that little bit more but of course some days are harder than others. I personally am still learning how to love myself and I know so many people who are still learning and trying to love themselves because it is honestly a hard thing to do- you really are your own worst enemy and critic.\u00a0\u00a0But trust me, if you learn to love yourself, you will be a happier person. Self-love is cool. Remind yourself every day that you are worth it and you are beautiful, both inside and out.<\/p>\n
