But there\u2019s no need to stress (or stress-eat), because this fitness plan will bring your drool-worthy body back in no time.<\/p>\n Not that there\u2019s anything wrong with that. He\u2019s gorgeous.\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The program is simple. It\u2019s designed to make you lose fat and build a bit of \u201ctoning up\u201d muscle around your whole frame. It\u2019s designed to be suitable for both guys and girls You\u2019ll simply repeat the exercises below every day, with one rest day per week (probably sunday, for obvious reasons). This requires no equipment, just a floor and maybe a mat. Do these exercises circuit style (move from one exercise directly to the other) work hard, keep your heart rate up, and don\u2019t skip anything. \u00a0Do some light stretching before and after.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Workout<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 rounds Of:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>20 Jumping jacks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 seconds rest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>10 Pushups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">25 seconds rest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>12 Burpees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 seconds rest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bicycle Kicks: 30 seconds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 minutes rest.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">Sponsored Link<br \/>\n<\/h6>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">The Diet<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I\u2019m not na\u00efve. We\u2019re not training for the Mr. Olympia Competition here.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1) Keep simple carbs low. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avoid snacking on simple sugars like sweets or soft drinks. These are a double hit on fat stores because they\u2019re high calorie and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoroz.com\/article\/high-and-low-glycemic-foods\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">high GI (glycemic index)<\/a>. Your body likes to store these as fat. Opt for lower GI options instead like nuts.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2) Drink water and avoid sodium. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your skin, muscles and overall body composition glow when you\u2019re properly hydrated. Excessive amounts of sodium will cause bloat and puffiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3) Fill your plates with vegetables. <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vegetables will fill you up and will keep you from moving to higher calorie foods. They&#8217;re lower in calories, meaning you can eat more, giving you that &#8220;full&#8221; feeling.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will amaze yourself at how far a simple fitness plan like this can take you if you\u2019re diligent about it.
