There are so many concerts in Boston this Summer it would be impossible for us to list them all for you. We took the time to figure out which shows are the most popular and most anticipated to make your planning that much easier. We’ve got everything from Pop, Country, Rock, Hip Hop, all the way back to some old school faves!

1. Ariana Grande: June 22nd

Everyone’s girl Ms. Grande is coming to the city! She may not be the first one of the Summer, but she definitely tops the popularity charts for concerts in Boston, and basically every other chart in the music world. Ariana Grande has been on fire this year and you definitely won’t want to miss out. She’ll be at the TD Garden on the 22nd and the show starts at 7:30 PM, but definitely get there early because things are bound to go off the hook with her in town!

2. Wu-Tang: June 12th

The Clan will be at the House of Blues on the 12th for the 25th annual celebration tour for 36 Chambers! Show starts at 7 PM!

3. Naughty By Nature: June 29th

We’ll be kickin’ it old school when Naughty By Nature comes around. It won’t just be one of the biggest concerts in Boston, but they’ll also be doing a meet and greet upgrade all happening at TD Garden! It’ll be a perfect Summer night. They’re scheduled for 8 PM but it is unclear if the meet and greet will be before or after the performance. Either way be prepared for a long night of partying!

4. George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic: June 5th

Where are all my hippies at?! We’ll all be groovin’ at the Blue Hills Bank Pavillion at 6 PM!

5. Coheed and Cambria & Mastodon: June 6th

6:30 PM at the Blue Hills Bank Pavillion. They’re squeezing all these concerts in Boston one after another!

6. Backstreet Boys: August 14th

Backstreet Boys are back, baby!! I don’t care if you’re a guy or a girl, young or old, this is going to be one of the best concerts in Boston- no, the WORLD! The DNA World Tour is coming to the TD Garden on the 14th at 8 PM. These guys are just as beautiful and talented as they were back in the early 2000s. It’s almost 20 years later (oh my God) and they are KILLIN’ IT! Do not miss this show. We never know when these gentlemen will be coming back around again!

7. Empire of the Sun: June 4th

Don’t worry, we weren’t going to exclude our techno/electro friends. The Australian electro duo Empire of the Sun will be at The Royale on the 4th at 8 PM. Since it’s The Royale, you must be 18 years or older to get in. If you’re not 18 yet, it’s okay! Like we said, there are so many concerts in Boston going on this Summer that you’ll still have plenty of options.

8. Dido: June 17th

We can’t believe this beautiful lady is still rocking the world with her amazing vocals! Dido is in the city on the 17th. She’ll be performing at the House of Blues, of course, at 7 PM. Yet another one of our concerts in Boston bringing back some great memories and we’re totally excited for it. Thank You Dido!

9. +Live+ & Bush: June 11th

The Altimate Tour will be held at the Blue Hills Bank Pavillion at 7 PM sharp! If you haven’t seen Bush in a while (or ever) let us know how Gavin looks without Gwen around these days, we’re dying to know.

10. New Found Glory: June 9th

Finally, wrapping our most popular list for concerts in Boston will be New Found Glory. All you punks and rockers must be stoked! New Found Glory brings back middle school days and a whole lot of teen angst. They’ll be at the House of Blues on the 9th at 6 PM for the From Your Screen To Your Stereo To Your Town Tour!

Just a reminder, this most popular list is just a very small sample of what’s happening this summer. We also know that most of these fall in June. July and August are jam-packed too! If you don’t see anything you like or are just curious as to who else is coming to the city, simply search “concerts in Boston 2019” but make sure you note the venue. They’ll still list shows in RI, NH, and other MA cities. Have a kickass time!
