These Instagram yogis are the accounts you definitely need to be following if you need some inspiration in your life! Here are our faves!

erinkellyart

Erin was the first yogi that I discovered on Instagram. It is safe to say before her my only exposure to yoga was my mom doing downward dog in our living room. But watching Erin effortlessly flow between handstands, asanas, and arm balances was like watching a yoga ballet! I had never seen anything like it! She inspired me to take risks on the mat, and I am sure she can do the same for you! Just don’t make my same mistakes I did and immediately try for the hardest thing you see, you will fall on your face!

Bahayogi

Bahayogi is an Instagram Yogi based out of the Caribbean, so naturally her feed is chalked full of gorgeous beachy yoga shots! Aside from her badass beach side flows, Bahayogi is open and honest about her body, her sexuality, her sensuality, and promotes a constant message of self love! She is also vividly candid about how being in touch with her sensuality, is NOT an open invitation for an endless stream of dick pics in her dms!

gypsyon_

Hannah or gypsyon_ as she is known to her Instagram followers, is one seriously strong Instagram yogi! Her balance and control while gracefully gliding into inversions and arm balances is the stuff of dreams. Add in another human to that mix and you will be in awe at the acro yoga she and her boyfriend Pablo do on the regular. It will make you want to drag your own partner onto the mat or book a flight to nearest Acro fest!

lamise

When I first stumbled on Lamise’s page, my initial thought was “damn she is good”! But Lamise is not only inspirational in her postures and flows, she is often trying to inspire her instagram followers with their words as well. In her ongoing #LettersbyLamise she shares her thoughts on life, fear, anxiety, and so much more. Go to her page for the jaw dropping photos, and stay for her kind insightful words.

aminahtaha

When I think of grace one yogi comes to my mind: aminahtaha. I cannot tell you how many of her posts I have saved to try and replicate later in my own practice, modified of course! She is also remarkably candid about her yoga journey after her became a mom. She was patient with her body and eased back into her practice. Upon seeing her on Instagram you may think, wait that’s easing into it!? But mom or not, you can gain some serious inspiration from this Instagram yogi!

jessicaolie

No shade to anyone else, but Jessica Olie is hands down one of my favorite Instagram Yogis. She is often so open and willing to share some of the most deep and painful aspects of her life that others would chose to shy away from. She also knows how to lighten things up as well with her funny and causal Instagram stories. As cheesy as it sounds, following Jessica Olie feels like your following your friend. She is a kind person who seems truly genuine, oh and her yoga practice is pretty awesome too!
