2. MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS

A great appetizer before the main course, and one of the items that you can either make yourself or buy in stores. Either way, a lot of people will want to eat it, so make sure you have plenty for everyone. And have some marinara sauce on hand; while I personally prefer ‘mozzie sticks’ on their own, the majority of people prefer marinara sauce.

A staple of any casual get-together, chicken wings can satisfy a large number of people thanks to the variety of flavors they come in. If you’re preparing for the game day party ahead of time, try to see what kind of chicken wings and dipping sauces people want. BBQ is always a popular flavor, and some people prefer boneless wings over regular.

4. BOILED SHRIMP

An uncommon game day finger food, from what I understand, but a welcome one all the same. Having some boiled shrimp at your party is a good way to include some variety with your selections, filing out the fish section of the food pyramid.

5. SLIDERS A.K.A TINY HAMBURGERS

Honestly, need I explain this decision? With hamburgers being as American as football itself, sliders would be a welcome game day finger food just about everywhere within the United States. A good strategy for game day is to have a ‘Make-It-Yourself-Station,’ where your guests can construct their own sliders.

One of the party options that seems be less and less popular over recent years, a party tray is just as popular and useful as it was years and years ago, back when your grandparents were entertaining guests. Just make sure you have more than one handy.
