2. Broccoli

 Lower cholesterol and detoxify your body by eating broccoli. Get your daily dose of vitamin A and K while eating a high in fiber veggie and fighting inflammation.

3. Cauliflower

Help your colon and bladder by eating cauliflower. Replace carbs like rice with it as a great alternative.
