I was lucky enough to have grown up in Blue Point, which is right in the middle of four small towns with incredible eateries. You do not want to go to the south shore without trying at least one, if not all, of these delicious places. Below are 10 delicious food places around Blue Point Long Island!

1. The Tap Room, Patchogue NY.

The Tap Room is a two story restaurant bar located on Main Street in Patchogue. Their selection of 27 draft beers go with any item on their varied menu. They have everything from bar appetizers to creative salads and hearty burgers, and of course their famous muscles. Public House 49 is another restaurant bar on Main Street in Patchogue with traditional American style eats. Their “Small Plates” menu has something for everyone along with their delicious salads, burgers, and sandwiches.
