You’ve seen those edible cookie dough desserts you can buy from the store, but turning that into a dip, what a wonderful idea! For this recipe you will need to stir together brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, butter, and cream cheese in a mixer. Then stir in the chocolate chips by hand. Let sit in the fridge for an hour before you serve and that’s literally everything you have to do for this delicious and addictive chocolate chip cookie dough dip. What’s so great about this recipe is how you can change it up. You can add in caramel chips, or mint ones, or maybe even do both white chocolate and dark chocolate. It’s totally up to you! 2. S’mores Rice Krispies Treats

The next dessert we have for you are these s’mores Rice Krispies treats. Rice Krispies Treats are a classic dessert, but this recipe is taking it up to another level. S’mores are a huge crowd pleaser, no matter who you’re serving these toasty treats to. For this recipe you will need to combine rice cereal, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces in a large bowl. Then melt butter into a medium-sized saucepan. Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows, mixing together until smooth. Once you’ve done this, add it to the large bowl. Mix everything together and then transfer it a baking pan, pressing the mixture in. You can then add more marshmallows on top and if you have a kitchen torch you can use that to toast the marshmallows, or set it to broil for just a few seconds. Voila! Super easy, and tastes yummy!

Then press this into the bottom of a baking pan and leave it to set in the fridge while you are preparing the filling. To make the filling you will need two bowls. In the first, mix together and vanilla. And in the second, mix the cream cheese powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Next you can add the whipped cream mixture to the cream cheese one. Take your graham cracker crust out of the fridge and then add the filling to the pan. Lastly, just add your choice of fruits to the top and leave it to set in the fridge for an hour until you serve it. Easy peasy lemon squeazy. Feel free to put any fruits you like on top, perhaps one with pineapple, kiwi, and dragonfruit would be good!
