1. One Pot Chicken And Rice

This recipe is great for when you’re looking for that happy medium of easy and delicious.   • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 2 pinches parsley
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Begin by melting 2 tbsp of butter into a pot over medium heat. Add in your carrots, salt and pepper. Cover and let cook until soft, around 5 to 6 minutes. Add in your rice and garlic, stir until thoroughly combined with the butter. Add your parsley and chicken stock and turn up the heat to high. Bring to a rolling boil and stir occasionally. Note, be sure to not let your rice stick to the bottom here. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and bring to a simmer on medium low and let cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

  • 4 tbsp butter, unsalted


Begin by seasoning your chicken with your salt, garlic powder and chili powder in a small bowl. Toss gently to ensure they are thoroughly coated. Next, take a medium skillet and add your  butter over medium low heat. Add in your chicken breasts and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer your chicken to a plate and set to the side.  Next, heat up your whipping cream. Increase to a rolling simmer until your cream comes to a rolling boil. Add in your remaining butter and return your chicken to the skillet. Coating thoroughly in the cream sauce. Garnish to your liking. Serve and enjoy.

  • 1 ½ lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 5 pinches salt
  • 5  pinches pepper
  • 8 cups of chicken stock
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 stalks of celery, diced

  •  ½ tsp rosemary

  • 1 package of spaghetti broken into thirds

  •  2 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  •  3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 large pinch paprika
  •  1 large pinch coriander
  •  1 large pinch turmeric
  •  1 pinch cumin
  •  1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ heavy cream
  • 1 pinch pepper 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 serving of white rice


In a large pot over medium high heat, add your oil. Proceed to add your onion and cook until soft for around 5 minutes. Add in your chicken and lightly sear for an additional 5 minutes. Add in your garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add in your remaining spices and stir thoroughly, cooking for 1 more minute. Next, add in your tomatoes and broth and bring to a rolling simmer. Stir in your heavy cream and season with your salt and pepper. Continue to cook until your chicken is tender 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy.
