Yogurt is relatively cheap and can be paired with various other superfoods like honey and fruit. All yogurt, regardless of what brand, has probiotic properties that will keep your digestive tract on track. The probiotics of yogurt line your intestines as you ingest food, allowing for food particles to be broken down and processed faster. If you’re looking for a fast and easy way to reduce bloat and increase the rate of your metabolism, yogurt is a must try!

I personally love putting my berries in salad. I use it as a side dish for my dinners when I don’t feel like having a salad. I personally add cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese to make a healthy side dish. Quinoa is great for leftovers, having the ability to taste great hot or cold. Quinoa is cooking friendly for any skill level. It comes with directions directing you how to boil your water. Usually, it cooks best on a medium high boil and cooks for approximately 10 minutes. You can even add some garlic if you’re looking for that extra kick for your next meal. Also, like asparagus, it is great for flushing out any unwanted foods that have been living rent free in your gut.
