Directions

Begin by preheating your oven to 350F. Line a 8 by 8 metal baking pan with parchment paper. A small saucepan on low,melt your butter and stir in your sugars and cocoa powder. Remove from heat and let cool before adding your eggs, yolk and vanilla extract. Add in your cornstarch, flour and salt. Stir thoroughly until thick. Pour into your baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Combine your frosting ingredients and top your brownies in an even layer. Best served chilled. Enjoy.
