  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • ⅓ cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cups cocoa powder, unsweetened and sifted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs and 1 egg yolk
  • ⅔ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips, semi sweet



Begin by preheating your oven to 350F. Line a 8 by 8 metal baking pan with parchment paper. A small saucepan on low,melt your butter and stir in your sugars and cocoa powder. Remove from heat and let cool before adding your eggs, yolk and vanilla extract. Add in your cornstarch, flour and salt. Stir thoroughly until thick. Pour into your baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Combine your frosting ingredients and top your brownies in an even layer. Best served chilled. Enjoy.

Blueberry Scones

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp butter,  unsalted, cold and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh works best
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Lemon Glaze

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups sugar, sifted
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Zest of 1 lemon, grated



Begin by preheating your oven to 400F. Combine your dry ingredients.Add your butter into the mix. It should have the consistency of course crumbs. Next, add your blueberries to the batter before adding your heavy cream and folding together. Press your dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles. Bake on a greased baking pan for 15 to 20 minutes until brown. Combine your ingredients for your glaze and drizzle over your scones. Let set. Serve and enjoy.

Peach Cobbler
A shout out to the 60’s this dessert will not disappoint.
