  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup small onion, finely minced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch pepper

Condiments And Dressing Your Burger

  • 4 buns of your choice
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves, rinsed and pat dry with a paper towel
  • 1 red onion, sliced

Roll your ground beef into a ball and press into patties. Add oil to a non-stick pan over medium high heat, or add to your preheated grill at the same temperature. Let the burgers cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooking preference. Remove from heat and plate your burgers with your condiments and toppings on your bun. Serve and enjoy.
